Returns & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchange:

If you have any concerns about your order please contact us.

We offer a full refund or exchange on all non-sale items within 14 days of purchase. To return or exchange an item, please email us at gratefullittlepeople@gmail.com and simply let us know what you are returning or exchanging. Goods must be in their original condition (i.e. unopen and unused) in their original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Note: Grateful Little People reserves the right to refuse or reject returns or exchanges where the correct procedure as outlined above has not been followed. 

The cost of return shipping is not covered by Grateful Little People and remains the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or the return is due to an error by Grateful Little People. For this reason, we do our best to ensure product descriptions are kept up-to-date and as accurate as possible, and our friendly customer service team is always happy to help with any questions prior to purchase.

All Sale items are FINAL SALE and no refunds or exchanges are offered unless item is faulty so please choose carefully. This includes items purchased using a flash sale discount code.

Orders that fail to meet the minimum free shipping spend after a change of mind return is granted will incur an $10 fee for Australian orders, for the cost of shipping and handling the original order. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

For exchanged items, the customer will need to provide a pre paid satchel in order for us to send out exchanges. We can provide a return postage paid satchel at the customer's expense for $10.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered, we will exchange it with a replacement product of the same value. Please take a photo and contact us within 30 days of receiving the product(s), so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). To make your claim please send us the following information:

  • Name

  • Product details

  • Proof of purchase (including order number)

  • Details of issue with product

Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it. The benefits provided to you under this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under relevant laws relating to the products, such as the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. To claim your out-of-pocket expenses for returning any product(s) to us, please send any receipts for postage via email.
